As Veterans Day approaches, here are the chain restaurant deals to salute our military in the days to come.  In addition to deals on Veterans Day we have deals on the Sunday before and the Monday after.  Here are the deals we’ve found for Thursday, Nov. 11, with links to more details.

• Firebirds Wood Fired Grill has a buy one entree get one free deal when you show your military ID. (Active duty and vets.) More details on the Firebirds Facebook page at THIS LINK.
• Hooters has meals all day for vets, free with a drink purchase. Choose from one of Hooters specialty menu items – Nacho Ordinary Burger, BBQ Sandwich, Baja Burger, or a Speedway Chicken Sandwich. • Select Sizzler Steak House locations have a free entree for vets with purchase of a second.  Good only in California, Hawaii, Utah, Washington, Nevada, Flagstaff, Arizona, and Gallup, New Mexico.
