The Cheesecake Factory started rolling out their new “Skinnylicious” menu with low-calorie items on Aug. 9, 2011.  Not available yet at all locations; see details below.

“This offers calorie-conscious guests even more choices with signature rich taste such as our SkinnyLicious™ Hamburgers (including a succulent Veggie Burger), Tuscan Chicken and SkinnyLicious™ Herb Crusted Salmon, just to name a few,” says the Cheesecake Factory.

“One new category we’ll be introducing is ‘Creamy Milkshakes’ which will include tantalizing flavors like Peanut Butter, Banana & Honey, Chocolate Covered Coconut and Strawberry Cheesecake.”
