Wendy’s has a 26-city Tour of America underway where they are giving away free burgers and other prizes.  Wendy’s says this is to celebrate the “taste-lift” they’ve given their cheeseburgers.    New Hot ‘n Juicy burgers will be rolled out nationwide on Oct. 3, 2011.
