Restaurants and bars gave quite a partyfest for Halloween 2010 and let’s hope this year is as good.  First to announce their party plans for Halloweeen 2011 is TGI Friday’s, which has free appetizers and a costume contest on Halloween weekend.

TGI Friday’s says their annual Halloween fest is on for three nights during Halloween 2011.  Come in wearing a costume on Oct. 29-31 (Saturday, Sunday or Monday) and get a free appetizer of Fried Mozzarella, Pot Stickers, or Crispy Green Bean Fries.

There’s a costume contest at 9 pm Saturday, Oct. 29, 2011, with prizes including $50 gift cards from Best Buy.
