Souplantation and Sweet Tomatoes is continuing their annual Halloween party tradition, with kids in costume dining for free. On Saturday, Sunday and Monday, Oct. 29-31, 2011, kids under 12 in costume eat for free with any adult meal purchase. No coupon required.
