How do you like to enjoy your birthday? Do you dine out with friends at your favorite restaurant? Do you cruise into a drive-through after a night of celebrating? Or do you stuff your face with cake in solitude?
There are plenty of ways to commemorate the occasion. Many of the major chain restaurants are clamoring for your business, and are offering some tantalizing deals to draw you in. We’ve performed a rigorous investigation of the host of deals available to birthday boys and girls, and we’ve even picked out our personal top ten.
Each deal is listed by the name and type of restaurant, followed by the birthday deal, any special requirements to redeem, and the expiration date. Most restaurants send the birthday deals to customers who sign up for the email club, and many restaurants send the deals out a few weeks in advance, so be sure to sign up for your favorite place ahead of time.
To prevent abuse, most places will require a copy of the coupon and a photo ID to confirm it’s really you. Some deals are only good on the actual date of your birthday, but many places wisely allow you to redeem the coupon up to a few weeks after the birthday. Check the coupon to make sure of the valid dates and times before you go; nobody likes (bad) surprises on their birthday!

You have to go to each of their websites and sign up for the birthday deal. Do it in plenty of time before your birthday. Then get ready for the deals to arrive, usually via email.

Marjorie, to get these coupons you need to sign up at the restaurant’s website and give them your email address and birthday. For example, to get the Ruby Tuesday’s coupon, go to their website at http://www.rubytuesday.com and click on So Connected near the top of the page. Sign up with your email address and birthday, and around the time of your birthday you will get a coupon sent to your email. Good luck and happy birthday!
The only thing I think is missing from this great site, is the amount of time that may be required to sign up for these deals. Some of these places have it set up that you need to have signed up for thier perks(s) months in advance, and then the offer is given to you at the time of your birthday. Not all of these discounts are given at the exact time of registration…and therfore, some of these deals may have passed the actual birthdate. Other than this, I think this is a great site! Thanks for putting it together….
