EXPIRED Red Robin Free Burger for Chris

December 1, 2015

If your first name is Christopher, Chris, Christine, Nicole or Nicolas, Red Robin has a free chicken burger for you on Thursday, December 10, 2015.

The promotion is to celebrate the Christmas season and to celebrate Red Robin’s new, yet-to-be-named chicken burger.  Anyone whose first name is Christopher, Christine, Nicole and Nicholas, or a derivative such as Chris, get the free burger.  Only first names count, not middle names or last names.  You’ll need to prove your name with a photo ID.

If you have questions on whether your name qualifies, see the lively discussion about it on the Red Robin Facebook Page today.  Also see the Red Robin official announcement for more details.

red-robin-free-chicken-burger“The holiday season is a time for having fun, and we’re always looking for new ways to surprise our guests,” said Denny Marie Post, Red Robin’s executive vice president and chief concept officer.

“Our new #NameThatChicken Burger has received so many creative name submissions and guests who have tried it, LOVE it.  So, we were inspired to share in the name game fun by treating some of our guests to a free chance to try this delicious new item in our Finest Burger line-up.”

The NameThatChicken contest was kicked off on October 27 and calls on guests to help Red Robin name its new Finest Chicken Burger for a chance to win free burgers for a year for two.  The first chicken offering on Red Robin’s Finest premium burger line is an all-natural seven ounce, fire-grilled chicken breast over arugula, covered with fontina cheese, peppered bacon and oven-roasted tomato aioli on an artisan telera bun.

Guests hungry for a free #NameThatChicken Burger will need to verify their name with photo identification at the time of purchase. All derivatives of Christopher, Christine, Nicole and Nicholas will be accepted, Red Robin said.
