The 4 for $4 deal now works like this: Choose your sandwich, either a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger or Crispy Chicken BLT, then add 4-piece nuggets, fries and a drink for just $4.
No coupon required. The 4 for $4 deal started nationwide in October, 2015, but the only sandwich in the original deal was the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger. Now customers have a choice of the JBC or Chicken BLT.
“When Wendy’s introduced the 4 for $4 Meal, people told us it was the ‘best invention since the sun’. That’s hard to beat, but that’s exactly what we’ve done with the addition of the Crispy Chicken BLT to our 4 for $4 lineup,” said Kurt Kane, Wendy’s Chief Marketing and Concept Officer.
With the new addition, Wendy’s fans now have a choice between the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger and the Crispy Chicken BLT. Wendy’s Crispy Chicken BLT is made with an all-white meat crispy chicken patty topped with two strips of freshly cooked Applewood Smoked Bacon, a slice of American cheese, mayo, a leaf of lettuce and a slice of tomato.
The original sandwich in the 4 for $4, the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, is made with fresh, never-frozen beef and topped with thick-cut Applewood Smoked Bacon, fresh, hand-leafed lettuce, a slice of tomato and American cheese.
Available for a limited time only at participating restaurants, consumer response will determine how long it stays. Stop by a nearby Wendy’s for this amazing deal, or learn more at www.wendys.com and on the Wendy’s Facebook Page.
About Wendy’s (from Wikipedia)
Wendy’s (formerly branded as Wendy’s Old Fashioned Hamburgers before February 25, 2013) is an international fast food chain restaurant founded by Dave Thomas on November 15, 1969, in Columbus, Ohio, United States.
As of March 2010, Wendy’s was the world’s third largest hamburger fast food chain with approximately 6,650 locations, following McDonald’s 31,000+ locations and Burger King’s 22,000+ locations. In 2011, Wendy’s sales exceeded those of Burger King for the first time in the company’s history. With sales of $8.5 billion (USD), the company ranked number two in hamburger chains, although Burger King still has far more restaurants.
Wendy’s menu consists primarily of hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, French fries and beverages, including the Frosty. The company does not have a signature sandwich, such as the Big Mac or the Whopper. Instead, the square burger patties (which are fresh ground beef rather than round frozen patties) it uses in its burgers are the signature item.
