For $50 per person, guests receive a four-course wine dinner held simultaneously at Carrabba’s nationwide. The menu includes:
SHRIMP SCAMPI
Sautéed shrimp with garlic, white wine and our lemon butter sauce served with baked bread
Paired with Antica Chardonnay
PENNE ROMANO
Penne pasta tossed with tomato cream and roasted red pepper sauces and topped with sautéed bell peppers and Romano cheese
Paired with Guado Al Tasso “Il Bruciato”
RIBEYE
13-ounce Tuscan-grilled ribeye basted with our signature blend of herbs and spices
Paired with Antica Cabernet Sauvignon
TRIPLE NUT BROWNIE WITH SALTED CARAMEL
House-made chocolate brownie with toasted walnuts, hazelnuts, and candied pecans. Topped with vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce and salted caramel
Paired with Tormaresca Neprica
