Maggiano’s to Launch Gluten-Free Menu
Maggiano’s Little Italy unveiled its first standalone gluten-free menu on April 30, 2015. Maggiano’s rolled out the new menu during its annual fundraiser for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, held through July 8.
“While every day we serve gluten-friendly options, this is the first time we’ve created a feature menu to showcase our gluten-friendly offerings,” a Maggiano’s spokesperson said.
The new menu features items such as Patricia’s Cheese Ravioli, gluten-free crème brûlée and gluten-free flourless chocolate cake. Maggiano’s has taken exhaustive steps to ensure that the new menu items meet or exceed gluten-free standards and to avoid cross-contamination in the kitchen.
