The first Cold Stone Creamery opened in Tempe, Arizona in 1988 – that was 35 years ago! Since then, over 1,300 locations have opened across the world, all serving delicious ice cream and working to better the communities they operate in.
In addition to ice cream, Cold Stone also has shakes, smoothies, cookies, cakes, and ice cream cakes on their menu. The chain frequently changes their menu to celebrate holidays or the coming of seasons. For example, for Valentine’s Day in 2023, Cold Stone offered a “You Had Me at Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries” flavor which featured chocolate-dipped strawberry ice cream, strawberries, brownie bits, and red-velvet cake pieces.
