- Sunny Seoul Hash – shaved, seared pork tossed with freshly seasoned potatoes, diced red bell peppers, kimchi, Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses. Topped with two cage-free eggs, scallions, sesame seeds and a gochujang aioli.
- Steak And Bacon Breakfast Burrito – seared steak, hardwood smoked bacon, scrambled cage-free eggs, freshly seasoned potatoes, diced red bell peppers, house-roasted onions, seasoned black beans, Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses. All that is wrapped in a big whole wheat tortilla, then covered with Vera Cruz hollandaise and al pastor sauce and topped with fresh avocado, house-pickled red onion, Cotija cheese and cilantro.
- Cinnamon Chip Pancake Breakfast – two cage-free eggs cooked any style, with a cinnamon chip pancake and your either hardwood smoked bacon or chicken, pork or turkey sausage.

Hot Honey Dishes At First Watch
First Watch is bringing sweet heat specials to its fall menu with some Mike’s Hot Honey dishes, plus some pumpkin items of course.
The Million Dollar Harvest Hash highlights the fall menu. It combines the beloved Mike’s Hot Honey with First Watch’s famous Million Dollar Bacon and house-roasted sweet potatoes.
Chef Schaibly said, “Mike’s Hot Honey completes the Million Dollar Harvest Hash with a little heat and fresh ingredients that scream fall. When we were in the kitchen creating this hash, we were immediately pleased with how well the hot honey complements the cayenne and black pepper spice in our Million Dollar Bacon and the creaminess of the goat cheese to balance the entire dish. This is something you have to try.”
Other seasonal menu offerings include the Barbacoa Quesadilla Benedict, Pumpkin Pancake Breakfast, Cinnamon Spice Churros, and Pomegranate Pear Punch. Here’s some more details on what to expect:

- Pumpkin Pancake Breakfast – Two cage-free eggs, plus a signature spiced Pumpkin Pancake and a chicken sausage patty.
- Cinnamon Spice Churros – Cinnamon sugar-dusted churros served with sea salt caramel toffee and Mexican mocha dipping sauces.
- Pomegranate Pear Punch – From the Juice Bar, this concoction comes with pomegranate, pear, cane sugar and lime.
