Taco Bell is having one of its busiest years ever, and if you haven’t looked at the menu lately, you’re missing out. The chain kicked off 2026 with its annual Live Más LIVE event, where it revealed more than 20 new menu items — and several of them have already landed at restaurants near you. From a fiery new spin on Crispy Chicken Nuggets to the long-awaited news that Nacho Fries are finally going permanent, here’s our rundown of everything new at Taco Bell right now, plus a look at what’s still on the way this year.

As always, we’ll point you straight to Taco Bell’s own announcements so you can get the official details, and we’ll flag the best ways to save along the way. You can always start at Taco Bell’s website to see what’s available in your area.

Taco Bell Revealed 20+ New Items at Live Más LIVE 2026

Back on March 10, Taco Bell held Live Más LIVE: A Night at The Palladium, the brand’s annual event where it shows off the year ahead. This time around, Taco Bell unveiled more than 20 menu innovations for 2026 — a mix of brand-new creations, returning fan favorites, and a few items nobody saw coming (more on the under-eye patches later).

You can see the full reveal on Taco Bell’s newsroom page, Live Más LIVE 2026 Reveal, and the brand also shared the highlights on its official Instagram account.

The best part? Several of the items shown off in March are already on menus. Here’s what you can order today, and what to keep an eye out for.

Big News: Nacho Fries Are Going Permanent

Let’s start with the announcement Taco Bell fans have been waiting years to hear. Nacho Fries — the Mexican-seasoned fries served with a side of warm nacho cheese sauce — are finally joining the Taco Bell menu permanently in 2026.

If you’ve ever fallen back in love with Nacho Fries only to watch them vanish from the menu a few weeks later, this one’s for you. Since they first debuted in 2018, Nacho Fries have come and gone more than a dozen times as a limited-time item, becoming one of the most-requested fan favorites in the process. Taco Bell confirmed the permanent move at Live Más LIVE, calling it a milestone for one of its biggest cult classics.

The chain hasn’t pinned down the exact date the fries become a permanent fixture — Taco Bell says it’s happening “later this year” — but the era of blink-and-you-miss-it Nacho Fries runs should be ending soon. In the meantime, Nacho Fries are still on menus in their usual rotating form, and they’re also showing up in a couple of the brand-new items below.

Diablo Dusted Crispy Chicken Nuggets Are Here Now

The biggest new launch you can grab right now is the Diablo Dusted Crispy Chicken Nuggets, which hit menus nationwide on April 16 for a limited time.

Here’s the idea: Taco Bell took its cult-favorite Diablo Sauce — the spiciest sauce packet in the lineup, which first hit national menus back in 2015 — and, for the first time ever, turned it into a dust. That Diablo Dust coats Taco Bell’s all-white-meat Crispy Chicken Nuggets, which are marinated and breaded in a crunchy tortilla chip coating. The result is a clinging, build-as-you-go heat instead of the usual squeeze-from-a-packet experience.

“Diablo Sauce has a cult following — it’s that lingering heat with a hint of lime. Turning that iconic flavor into a dust reimagines how that heat hits,” said Liz Matthews, Taco Bell’s Global Chief Food Innovation Officer, in the brand’s press release. She also hinted that more “dusted” flavors are on the way.

Here’s how the Diablo Dusted Crispy Chicken Nuggets are priced, for a limited time at participating locations:

  • 5-piece Diablo Dusted Crispy Chicken Nuggets: $4.49 with a choice of one sauce
  • 10-piece Diablo Dusted Crispy Chicken Nuggets: $7.49 with a choice of two sauces
  • Diablo Dusted Crispy Chicken Nuggets Deluxe Combo: $10.99 — includes the 5-piece nuggets and one sauce, plus a Chalupa Supreme, a Crunchy Taco, regular Nacho Fries and a medium fountain drink
  • 10-piece Crispy Chicken Nuggets Combo (digital only): $9.99 in the Taco Bell app — comes with regular Nacho Fries, a large fountain drink and two sauces

For dipping, you can pick from Hidden Valley Diablo Ranch, Bell Sauce or Jalapeño Honey Mustard. And if you’d rather skip the heat entirely, the classic à la carte Crispy Chicken Nuggets are back on menus for a limited time too.

One deal note: Taco Bell ran a Tuesday Drop in its app on May 5, where the first 30,000 Rewards members could score a 5-piece order for just $1. That one has come and gone, but it’s a great reminder to keep an eye on the Tuesday Drops page in the Taco Bell app — these app-only deals come back regularly.

You can read all the official details on Taco Bell’s Diablo Dusted Crispy Chicken Nuggets newsroom page or in the full press release.

Zab’s Chicken Ranch Nacho Fries

Launching the same day — April 16 — Zab’s Chicken Ranch Nacho Fries bring a sweet-heat twist to those soon-to-be-permanent fries. This one is a collaboration with Zab’s Hot Sauce, and it loads Nacho Fries up with chicken, ranch and Zab’s signature sweet-heat sauce for a fully decked-out version of the side. It’s a good example of how Taco Bell is using Nacho Fries as a “canvas” now that they’re becoming a permanent menu item.

Zab’s Chicken Ranch Nacho Fries run about $5.49 for a limited time. Taco Bell shared the full story in its press release.

The Triple Double Crunchwrap and Dirty Sips

Also new as of April 16 is the Triple Double Crunchwrap, a bigger, more loaded take on the classic Crunchwrap that Taco Bell fans already know and love. It’s priced around $6.49 on its own, or you can bump it up to a Luxe Box for about $9, which adds a Doritos Locos Taco, a Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito, Cinnamon Twists and a medium fountain drink — a solid value pick if you want a full meal.

And then there are Dirty Sips, Taco Bell’s new drink upgrade. For about 30 cents, you can add a vanilla crème topping to your fountain drink for a “dirty soda”-style treat. It’s a small add-on, but it’s a fun and cheap way to customize your order — and it taps right into the dirty soda trend that’s been everywhere lately.

Crispy Chicken Crunchwrap Slider and Cantina Chicken Rolled Quesadilla

Rewind a little to March 19, and you’ll find two more chicken items that are still very much worth ordering.

The Crispy Chicken Crunchwrap Slider takes Taco Bell’s Crispy Chicken Nuggets and folds them into a warm flour tortilla with a three-cheese blend, freshly prepared pico de gallo and a choice of Creamy Chipotle or Jalapeño Honey Mustard sauce. It’s a snack-sized version of the Crunchwrap, and it’s just $2.49 à la carte. You’ll also find it inside the $9 Discovery Luxe Cravings Box, alongside a Cheesy Gordita Crunch, Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Tacos, chips and nacho cheese sauce, and a medium fountain drink.

At the same time, Taco Bell made the Cantina Chicken Rolled Quesadilla a permanent menu item — another win for fans who don’t want to watch their favorites disappear. Taco Bell laid out both items in its Chicken Innovations press release and on the Taco Bell newsroom.

More 2026 Taco Bell Menu Items Still to Come

Plenty of what Taco Bell teased at Live Más LIVE hasn’t reached menus yet. Based on the brand’s reveal, here’s what to watch for through the rest of 2026:

  • Crème Brûlée Crunchwrap Slider — a dessert spin on the slider format
  • Cheesy G Sliders — flatbreads with fried white-corn shells, three cheeses, pico de gallo and chipotle sauce
  • Cantina Chicken Mexican Pizza — the fan-favorite Mexican Pizza meets Taco Bell’s Cantina Chicken
  • Mountain Dew Baja Midnight Pie — the return of last year’s Baja-flavored dessert pie
  • More dusted nuggets — Taco Bell teased Doritos Cool Ranch Dusted and Flamin’ Hot Dusted versions of its Crispy Chicken Nuggets
  • Flamin’ Hot Nacho Fries — served with a Flamin’ Hot Nacho Cheese dipping sauce
  • Strawberry Horchata Refresca — a new fruity beverage
  • Mountain Dew Baja Blast Under Eye Patches — yes, really; caffeine-infused under-eye patches for the most dedicated Baja Blast fans

Taco Bell says these items will roll out “at various intervals” throughout the year, so the menu is going to keep changing. We’ll update our coverage as each one lands.

How to Get the Best Deals at Taco Bell

New menu items are great, but you can stretch your dollar even further with a few smart Taco Bell habits:

  • Download the Taco Bell app. Most of Taco Bell’s best offers — including the Tuesday Drops mentioned above — are app-exclusive, and you’ll earn points on every order.
  • Join Taco Bell Rewards. Points add up to free food, and members get first access to limited drops and special pricing. You can sign up on the Taco Bell Rewards page.
  • Check the Cravings Value Menu. Taco Bell’s everyday value menu is still one of the best in fast food, with a long list of items at low prices.
  • Look at the boxes and combos. As you can see with the Deluxe Combo and Luxe Box options above, bundling often gets you a full meal for just a couple of dollars more than the main item alone.
  • Order digital. Some combos, like the $9.99 10-piece Crispy Chicken Nuggets Combo, are only available in the app or online.

You can browse all of the current bundles on Taco Bell’s deals and combos page. A quick note on pricing: Taco Bell prices and participation vary by location, and most of the new items above are limited-time only. Taxes are extra, and prices are higher with delivery, so always check the Taco Bell app or your local restaurant for exact pricing.

The Bottom Line

Between the Diablo Dusted Crispy Chicken Nuggets, Zab’s Chicken Ranch Nacho Fries, the Triple Double Crunchwrap and Dirty Sips, there’s a lot new at Taco Bell right now — and with Nacho Fries going permanent and a long list of items still to drop, 2026 is shaping up to be a big year for the brand.

We’ll keep this page updated as more of Taco Bell’s 2026 menu items roll out. In the meantime, you can bookmark Taco Bell’s official website and its newsroom for the latest, and check back with EatDrinkDeals for the best ways to save on all of it.
