Ralph Rubio opened the first Rubio’s in Mission Bay, San Diego in 1983. A couple of decades (and over 200 million fish tacos) later, Rubio’s has over 150 established restaurants in Arizona, California, and Nevada.
Rubio’s menu features a unique Baja cuisine. Some of Rubio’s featured items include The Original Fish Taco, Baja Grilled Fish Taco, and Classic Shrimp Burrito.
