IHOP will give away a short stack of pancakes to all customers on Tuesday, Feb.  23.  This lasts all day, from 7 am to 10 pm.   IHOP says this is to celebrate National Pancake Day.  No coupon required.  IHOP, which has more than 1,400 locations, says all they ask is that customers to consider donating to childrens hospitals.  More details on the Pancake Day at IHOP website at THIS LINK.
