The Capital Grille introduced a bar menu last week with items like miniature tenderloin steak or lobster sandwiches and lamb chops. The high-end chain of 40 restaurants says prices vary by location. Typical price range is $9 to $19.
Bar menu items include miniature tenderloin sandwiches with wild mushrooms and Boursin cheese; shrimp with ginger and mustard vinaigrette; lollipop lamb
chops with herb oil and aged balsamic; chilled seared tuna; the Grille’s signature cheeseburger; miniature lobster and Dungeness crab burgers; and miniature mozzarella, prosciutto and basil sandwiches.

TGI Fridays says they will serve half-price boneless Buffalo Wings in their bars during
college basketball tournaments this month and next. Friday’s boneless Buffalo Wings are tossed in a choice of six flavors, ranging from mild to wild: Jack(TM) Championship BBQ, Garlic Parmesan, Classic Buffalo, Roasted Green Chile, Spicy Thai or Inferno. The offer is valid at participating restaurants during televised college basketball games on March 16, 18, 19, 20, 21, 25, 26, 27, 28 and April 3 and 5.
“It’s March, and that means madness Friday’s style,” said John Neitzel, president and chief operating officer of T.G.I.
